Use checklist items

Task items display a checkbox next to their content. To use checklist items:

Select an item and press 4 to change its format to Task.

Press T to toggle the checkbox on or off.
You can toggle multiple selected task items at once. Checked and unchecked tasks are searchable using is:checked and is:unchecked.
