Share and Collaborate
With the sharing feature, you can easily collaborate with others by sharing an entire space or just a specific section.
Choose an access level when inviting someone
When inviting someone, you choose one of three access levels:
Full: The collaborator can edit content and share the Space with others.
Edit: The collaborator can edit content but cannot share the Space with others.
View: The collaborator can only view content (read-only).
Share an entire Space
1.
Click on the name of the space in the top left corner.

Click on the three-dot menu next to the space name.

Select Share.
4.
Invite collaborators via email or generate a secret link.
Share a specific section of your outline
1.
Open the items menu for the subtree you wish to share.
2.
Select Share.

Publish content publicly with a link
You can make a Space or section publicly accessible via a secret link. Anyone with the link can view or edit the content without needing an account.
